Griff's Anal Guide, How to do it correctly. Ok, one thing that I've noticed in the women that I've met are the horror stories about their bad anal experiences. Here are some simple rules to follow so men won't fuck it up for the rest of us and the ladies will see how easy it is to enjoy anal sex. 1. Get yourself some good lube. Spit and pussy juice is not a good lube when it comes to anal sex. My favorite lube is "Wet Platnium" You can get it cheaply at Wal Mart and CVS. Adult stores sell it also but why pay an extra 6.00 at an adult store for the same size bottle. Its silicon bases feels like motor oil and doesn't dry out like all those water based lubes. 2. Get yourself 2-3 different size butt plugs. I would say the first one should be the size of your finger at the bottom and then a little thicker. The last one should be as thick as the dick you are about to let in your ass. If you know your going to get fucked wear one around for about 3-4 hours, it makes a huge difference. 3. Stop letting men stick more then two fingers in your ass, when they do that they are tearing tissue, skin etc, so by the time a dick is up in there you feel burning and all that other stuff its from the anal tears. Just to add a little information: we have two sphincter muscles controling the anus - the outer and the inner one. The outer one can be controlled intentionally, the inner one not - it secures the rectum staying closed automatically.
